Request a Testing Kit

Click the link to request a confidential testing kit which will be posted. It will be delivered in a discreet package which won't even mention Chlamydia, within 5 working days.

Nobody will be told that you have ordered the test.

You MUST live in the Liverpool or Knowsley area and be aged between 15 and 24 years to be able to receive a postal kit.

But don't worry if you can't order a test from here you can still protect your sexual health and get tested by contacting a sexual health clinic in your area or your GP.

And if you are over 25 you can still be tested at any Abacus, Great Charlotte Street or Knowsley Sexual Health Service clinics.

This is completely confidential. Any information you submit on the request form will be encrypted to protect your privacy.
This data will be held securely and only used for the purpose of your Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhoea screening. It will not be sold or given to any other organisations. Your anonymised data will be used to provide screening figures to the Health Protection Agency but you will not be identifiable from this data.
